Wanna Return Something?
As a small business, we wanna make sure we create the best shopping experience for your guys. Therefore, if you are not satisfy with your order, you can return the item for a refund within 14 days of receiving it. The items returned must not have been used, altered, washed, or damaged, and must include original packaging. Items that do not reach this standard will not be returned. No exceptions! We also will not ship back items that do not reach our return standards.

What's your return & exchange policy?
- Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).
-Products must be unused with all its original packaging still attached.
-Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
-Return packages that are lost in transit will not be refunded and are the responsibility of the customer.
-CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. If you would like to alter/repair your custom leash order, you can contact us at whatacutieco@gmail.com.
How do I request a return & exchange?
Please email whatacutieco@gmail.com with "RETURN" or "EXCHANGE" & ORDER NUMBER as the subject. (ex. RETURN Order #2022)
We would be appreciated if you could also include the reason for your request in the email so we can better improve our customer experience.
Customer are responsibile for the return shipping cost. We recommend selecting a trackable shipping method and insuring the package as we are not responsible if the package get lost through shipping.
I ordered the wrong size, can I return/exchange?
If you would like to make changes for your orders, please email whatacutieco@gmail.com within 48hrs of your purchase.
For orders that is shipped: We accept return/exchange for apparel that's within our policy standard. However, for our biothane products, as these are made to order, once we ship it out, they are final sale. They are not eligible for return/exchange.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive your return, we will inspect your items and then start the process for refund. Our goal is to process your return within three to five business days of receipt. Credits may take up to an additional five business days to post to your account.
